Gatherings and Parties

The weekend of June 4 - 7th Astoria is doing a big Goonies 25th Anniversary thing. Showing the movie and a documentary, Cory Feldman and the dude who played the dad that was bull dozing the Goon Docks are supposed to be there. And then of course doing the truffle shuffle outside Mikie's house. And then a trip down to the place where the restaurant used to be and where they road their bikes down the forest road.

I'm planning on (fake) camping up there. Fake camping meaning a cabin with electricity, flush toilets, and showers if wanted. Right now I'm planning on just going for the 4th through 6th. The cabin sleeps 5 and whether it's 1 or 5 it's $160. But if anyone actually comes up I'll take time off for however long you'll be here. 

So, I don't actually expect any of you to come up. But the invite is there!

Oh man that's tempting.  Going to be in California mid-June for about a week and a half.  Wish I could take a detour before that and check this out and of course hang with you
