Serious Business

After a five year "break", I am back in school. Getting to start by spending a semester taking a couple classes I've already taken, and passed! Bit thanks to time limits, I have to tale these over again. Russell didn't wait for his to expire, which is why he is done now, and I'm starting back in the middle. Aw well.

But yeah. Full class schedule + full work schedule + 2 kids, a wife, and a cat = no real ample play time. In other words, I'm writing Fair off this year. Just too busy. Plus, fuck all those inflated prices. A lot of us are in school this semester. Go ramith for some edumacation.

That's great and shitty all in the same sentance.  Schooling is the way to the happy places we all dream of.  Sacrificing a season or two of the fair is well worth the sacrafice.  Sure hope you can at least come sit at the site and visit for at least a day.

I'm starting to get excited about fair though.  And good job on back to school, its the path towards more money and better jobs.

i am finally done with school, and have the time to actually get out to faire, and now all of you decide that its time to go back to school?  and those cocksuckers out at faire raised the prices to $20?  fuck!

i may just go out for a couple of weekends then.  i'll wait till the end when shit is a little cooler.  i don't wanna pay $20 to sweat my ass off of a weekend.  maybe halloween and closing weekend.  we'll play it by ear and see.

we need to have at least one weekend when everyone tries to make it out there.

I hear ya... I start school again Oct 5th. 40 hr work week, 4 campus classes, and one online class. I'll still try to make it first weekend, but beyond that... who knows anymore.
