I turn on the TV tonight and on the new show 'Mental' on fox, there playing a comatose patient is David Carradine.

true enough, but he was an old fucker, so he was bound to go soon anyway, and holy shit what a bad ass way to go out.  the only way it could have been any better was if there were a few underage hookers and some farm animals in his hotel room, too.
