i think i’m turning Japanese.
well those of you who made it out to see flogging molly last night know exactly what i mean (bonsai) and i’d rather be in bed. for those of you who didn’t go to the show missed one HELL of a time. the first band that came on was called the cherry cokes and they were straight out of japan! i think all of their songs were in japanese and the bassest/mandolin player/bag pipe player HIROMITSU HOSOKAWA was kind enough to smoke pot hang out and talk about music with us all piled into our nissan rogue. (should have brought the nasty van) he didn’t speak very much english but then agian, laughter sounds the same in any language.
so for those of you who missed the oppertunity to hear the coolest band out of Japan, you should check out their official website or find them on myspace and listen to their music.
