So, an update on the car issue:
My car needs a new transmission. Thankfully, that is covered by the warranty, so I’m not out a huge amount of cash.
It should be fixed sometime by mid next week. Until then, I’ve got a rental car (also covered by warranty) so I WILL be out at TRF this weekend.
I almost went insane last weekend without a car, and no fair.
I’ll see you lads and lasses out there at my normal time (4:00PM ish on Friday)

i just read somewhere that paris hilton has found a new cause- helping drunken elephants! apparantly elephants in human populated regions have been breaking into homes and what not and getting drunk- then they get violent and hurt people and themselves. yeah, i’m sorry that some poor saps lost their liquor to pachyderms, but i think she’s just upset that even though these creatures are very drunk, none have stopped her and tried to get into her panties!!
so if someone asks you what drunk creature is still smart enough to not screw paris hilton- the answer is elephants!
I can’t make it to fair – I’ve got car problems.
My transmission needs some attention. Luckily, it is covered under warranty, so the cost to me shouldn’t be too high.
I could go to fair if someone could pick me up and take me there – but I’d need ome way to take care of my dog as well, so it looks like no fair for me this weekend.
