User Galleries and blogs

Please note that anyone who wants their own blog/gallery of pictures need only ask.  Create a login on the site and I will give the necessary privileges.

Everything appears to work on that end of things, so people (like Kevin) who requested this can now put up some pictures.

    Dave, done. When you log in now, you can write posts and upload pics. I made you a gallery.
