Got a puppy
Well, we found a couple of puppies abandoned out at one of our field sites in Conroe. My co worker Carl took them home (his uncle is a vet) and got them checked out – I told him I wanted on of them.
One of them didn’t make it, but the other two ( a male and female black lab mix) are fine, so I’ve got the female.
She’s only 7 weeks old or so, and I just got her her first series of shots. Still working on potty training her.
She’s super cute, and eats up a ton of my time. Her name is Ripley.
See, she is “mostly” black. And in Aliens, Newt says the aliens come out “At night. Mostly.” – and she says this to Ripley.
